BLS
Ambulances staffed with two California certified Emergency Medical Technicians with local, county-based training. Our EMT-B’s undergo a rigorous hiring and training process which consists of company and county orientations, hands-on equipment training, Emergency Vehicle Operations training, as well as ALS EMT-B and CCT Specialist EMT-B training upon completion of their probationary period. BLS ambulances are available for immediate need, pre-scheduled inter-facility transports, and event standbys.
CCT
Our Critical Care Transport teams provide safe, high-quality care for critically ill patients of all ages through advanced clinical expertise, ongoing training, and a commitment to excellence. CCT ambulances are staffed with one highly experienced Critical Care Transport Registered Nurse (CCT-RN) and two California-certified Emergency Medical Technicians trained as Critical Care Transport Specialists. Our commitment to exceptional patient care is supported by advanced, standardized equipment across our fleet, ensuring consistent, reliable care during every transport. CCT ambulances are available for immediate-need and pre-scheduled interfacility transports, managing complex patients and advanced therapies while ensuring seamless coordination between healthcare facilities.
ALS
Ambulances staffed with one California licensed and locally accredited Paramedic and one California certified Emergency Medical Technician. Philips Tempus cardiac monitors, EZ-IO drills, advanced airway devices, Sapphire IV pumps for expanded scope transfers, low-flow CPAP circuits and much more top-of-the-line equipment aide our paramedics in providing high-quality care in both the emergency and non-emergency setting. ALS ambulances are available for immediate emergencies, pre-scheduled transfers and event standbys.
NICU/PICU
Our NICU and PICU transport teams provide rapid, seamless transport for critically ill infants and children. Working closely with hospital physicians and nurses, we ensure continuity of care from bedside to destination. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, our specialty trained EMTs deliver advanced care for the smallest and most vulnerable patients when every minute counts.
SPECIAL EVENTS
At NORCAL Ambulance, we are committed to providing reliable, professional emergency medical services for our community. Our experienced EMTs, paramedics, and nurses are available to provide on-site medical coverage for a wide range of events, including community festivals, sporting events, concerts, corporate gatherings, school functions, and private events.
