“As an entry level EMT, I really appreciated how NORCAL still put a lot of effort into showing that the company cares for its employees as well as its customers. HR and Admin are very welcoming and are a wealth of information regarding required certs, PTO and benefits, and uniform requests.
Scheduling was sympathetic to work-life balance. The management had an open door policy that made them very approachable. During my time, there was an environment of camaraderie, strong work ethic, and striving for improvement.”
Former NORCAL employee | EMT in Dublin, CA
I felt like I got an excellent start in EMS because NORCAL spent so much time training and preparing me for the work.
What I like most about NORCAL is the diversity of people here. Everyone is great, very friendly. We help each other out, it feels like a family.
NORCAL is a great place for new EMT’s to start their career.
NORCAL has helped me create a solid EMS foundation. We want to leave an imprint on every patient we touch.
The words I’d use to best describe NORCAL Ambulance are: professional, courteous, respectful, and compassionate.
